Located exclusively in Fitzrovia Collection communities, 10 Dean “aims to create an inspiring hub of idea exchange, connection, and community,” says Vautherot. “Offering only the highest quality ingredients available, such as dairy from a small family farm and seasonal coffee from some of the world’s best roasters, we pride ourselves in our outstanding customer service, and in the precision of our recipes.”
The arrival of 10 Dean opens Parker’s lobby up to the public and the Yonge-Eglinton community. 10 Dean is a setting that has been designed to inspire, backed by a delicious rotating menu of espresso, pour over and drip coffee, tea, and specialty lattes including Matcha, Hojicha, and chai. 10 Dean will also offer dynamic programming including exclusive coffee tastings and workshops, with residents of The Parker receiving priority access and reduced rates.
Vautherot says 10 Dean will be set apart by its emphasis on engagement and education. “The focus will be on telling the origin story of the coffee we serve, the flavour notes to tune into as you sip your tea or your glass of wine, the experimental process behind the meticulously crafted cocktail you order. 10 Dean will serve as a place of inspiration, detail, delicacy, and intention.”
